The Department of Defense is currently developing specific guidelines for implementation. Each service branch will have 60 days to report their progress to the President.

What We Know So Far
- Reinstatement will be available to all members discharged solely for vaccine refusal
- Those who voluntarily separated can return with sworn attestation
